weight management is a major issue of concern in the world today, people strive really hard to get to weights they most desire.women for example have gone to greater lengths by denying themselves the most basic need-food all in the name of having a lean body with less fat. these people forget that fat is very essential for our bodies function and it plays a major role in fertility.
exercise serves as the major weight management strategy,and once you adopt the right programs you will get to manage your weight without having to be bulimic or other eating disorders.

I think your post about weight and exercise is great though you have to tell us more about the BMI thing-weight vs. weight cause its quite important.Also women go as far as just starving themselves and binging.There's liposuction its really gross.
Its quite educative.yes we have to encourage weight loss through exercise .it quite educative gal!
Like you pointed out, Caroline, many women starve and deny themselves basic nutrients, when these are very important for their healthy growth and development.
I would also love to hear more about the right types of food to eat. I look forward also to reading about types of exercises.
We need this as women today...there is so much hype on being "the right size"(Im yet to discover which one this is)....thanks..its also important for us as women to be comfortable in our own skin.
I totally feel you. Weight matters alot to women,and even men! thanks to written and visual media which throws all sorts of things to us. this has brought alot of insecurity as people feel they are not perfect and go to great measures to feel good about their bodies. we should all be encouraged to love ourselves as we are and given the opportunity to change the things we can. keep us posted on what we can do.
i think ur post it's quite true coz we usually do our level best to fit in this world so i think the exercise thing will do instead of starving yourself
